Green Chili turkey burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey (natural -no hormones)
  • 8 oz diced green chilis
  • 1 cup of cilantro
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 2 tsp of cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together; either grill or pan fry in a cast iron skillet. I like to melt a piece of pepper jack cheese on top. Serve with avocado. Taste SO relish you don't even know it's turkey. One of the tastiest burgers I've ever had!!
